1. How many participants in each workshop?

14 maximum


2.Is there financial assistance available for training?

Dementia training Ireland is affiliated to PH Skillnet and training can be subsidised for up to 50% for members. HSE units can apply to local NMPDU.


3. We've recently had an inspection and they have recommended staff training, can you help?

Dementia Training Ireland offer an advisory service in which a training analysis is completed and a personalised training programme can be devised.


4. Does the residential unit need separate insurance?

All workshops are fully covered by professional and public indemnity insurance.


5. What are the additional costs?

Dementia Training Ireland charge petrol costs and overnight accomodation (if required).


6. Can you design a specific training workshop for my residential unit?

After consultation and training - needs analysis, our trainers will design a workshop specifically for your unit.


7. Does your company supply all necessary equipment?

Dementia Training Ireland supply all necessary equipment, you just need to supply the room and refreshments.


8. Are certificates supplied?

All participants receive individual certificate of attendance and the residential unit receives one stating name and date of workshop.


9. What geographical area do you cover?

Anywhere in Ireland (expenses will be incurred).
